Motorola Solutions Foundation

Calculated Genius is thrilled to receive a $20,000.00 grant from the Motorola Solutions Foundation. Through the support of this grant, we have awarded merit-based scholarships to seventeen women pursuing college degrees in engineering or computer science paired with additional resources including career readiness workshops and mentorship! Calculated Genius would like to extend our gratitude to the Kimberly & Christopher Jenkins Charitable Gift Fund. Their gracious support has provided scholarships for two students this year. One student was chosen to be the proud recipient of a $5,000.00 renewable scholarship, and the other student received a $5,000.00 scholarship for this academic year.

Along with their financial support, they have provided mentorship and career development support to our students. We are so grateful!

2022 Award

Calculated Genius is thrilled to have received a $5,000 award from the Society for Science’s STEM Action Grants, in support of our CG Scholars programming which provides world-class preparatory programming for technologists & engineers of tomorrow! This award enabled us to host an incredible Summer Scholars session which included skill building in electrical engineering, coding, entrepreneurship, and organizational operations; we were also visited by professional guests from our city’s top engineering, advisory, and tech firms!
